Jan Van Eyck is a painter from the 15th century, who belonged to the Early Netherlandish school and perfected the technique of oil painting.
He is the author of many works, such as the polyptych altarpiece in Saint Bavo’s Cathedral, famous under the name of the Adoration of the Mystic Lamb, one of Belgium’s treasures. I achieved these copies while studying at the school of Fine Arts I graduated from, in order to master the media and techniques of the time.
